The Region of Ionian Islands published an online tender through ESIDIS (Α/Α 205194) for the supply of four Unmanned Aircraft Systems / Drones in the context of the implementation of the Project «LIFE17 IPC/GR/000006 LIFE-IP AdaptInGR – Boosting the implementation of adaptation policy across Greece» in which the Region participates as a co-beneficiary. The Tender is co-financed by the European Commission’s LIFE Project, the Green Fund and the Region of Ionian Islands.
The Region of Ionian Islands is also the Contracting Authority (EL 62 Ionia Nisia).
The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer, based on the best value for money criteria.
The tender documents are available on the websites of the Region of the Ionian Islands http://www.pin.gov.gr/, ESIDIS http://www.promitheus.gov.gr/, KIMDIS http://www.eprocurement.gov.gr/ and Diavgia http://www.diavgeia.gov.gr/.
The following are eligible to participate in the competition: a) Any national or foreign natural and legal person or partnership engaged in the supply of the goods in question, b) Associations of suppliers/Consortiums submitting a joint offer. Those associations and consortiums are not required to take a particular legal form in order to submit the offer.
Offers are submitted by economic operators online, through the e-portal of ESIDIS. The deadline for submitting offers expires on Tuesday 31 October 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
The electronic unsealing of the offers will take place on Thursday 2 November 2023 at 12:00 p.m. through the competent bodies certified in the system of the Contracting Authority.
